Friday & Saturday's menus

The SATURDAY night option needs to be booked when making your reservation, the Fri & Sun menu can be chosen on the day..

Leek and potato soup with croutons (V)

Chicken supreme with Chorizo and red wine sauce

White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry juices

Menu B

Chicken liver parfait, red onion marmalade, toasted brioche

Honey glazed pork loin steak, apple compote

Glazed lemon tart with a berry syrup

Menu C

Tomato and Mozzarella salad, basil pesto (V)

Herb crushed salmon fillet with crushed new potatoes

Sticky toffee pudding and caramel sauce

Goat’s cheese tartlet with caramelised onion, tomato and balsamic reduction (V)

Roast turkey, traditional accompaniments

Vanilla crème brulee, homemade shortbread

Goat’s cheese and walnut tart with Pomodor sauce

To any ex Members of HMS Antrim Ships Companies who would like to join the Antrim Association.

The association has no ranks, is relaxed and wants all ex-Antrims and partners to feel very welcome and part of the family. Reunion weekends need plenty of recovery time and gives everyone a chance to spin that special dit one more time. On a serious note we are all there to carry on the spirit of the Antrim, see our shipmates increase and enjoy the very good company.

At some time during the weekend I was "press ganged" by some Welsh gnome and his "mates" and found myself hauled in front of the annual meeting and voted as your new vice chairman. I hope to support Andy in his role as Chairman and am currently looking to promote someone as chief beggar to take over the running of the raffle. All offers willingly cosidered. All the best shipmates and look forward to seeing you all again next year.
